- We have a zero-tolerance for engagement or instigation of gossip, unkind criticism, and dishonesty in the relationships that make up the community of Staffless Practice.
- We have a mutual understanding as a team that if a problem or a challenge arises that we feel needs to be processed or aired out with another team member, that transparency will prevail.
- We honor an open-door communication policy which includes constructive feedback, kind criticism, always with the intention of team, vision, and mission evolution and betterment.
- Honesty will always prevail in every situation we encounter. There is no tolerance for lying, cheating, stealing, or copying without permission. This understanding carries through each and every one of our interactions.
- It is understood that transparency with team members is essential, and if there is a part of your position or role with the company that is not working for you, it will be brought to your leaders attention immediately. It is further understood that the culture we are creating can not tolerate or hold anything less than this transparency.
