Jane App is an intuitive, cloud-based practice software that handles everything from scheduling to note-taking.
Their basic plan fee is about $100 p/m and their customer service is top-notch.
Each Jane App setup includes:
- One provider
- One location
- Up to 10 services​ and 20 products implemented
- Designed with your practice brand kit components
- Scheduling and online booking setup and implementation
- Personal Jane access setup (on your computer, quick links, etc.)​
- Discipline and treatment setup with fees, plans, and memberships
- Customized treatment forms provided and implemented
- Direction and support for you to import from old software
- Staffless Practice guided tips and resources for Jane App use
- Step-by-step directions on how to acclimate your community to a new program
If your practice needs more than the above features, you are welcome to use your Virtual Assistant package for completion. Please note we do NOT work with Jane App accounts that have patient/client information in them.
