Onboarding.
Meet with the Staffless Team to identify the services you need. We'll gather and organize all necessary information to ensure our team can deliver these services effectively. We'll also arrange the schedule and plan activities for regular check-ins. You will be assigned a Suite-Heart Manager who will oversee all your Suite Check-ins and activities. Monthly meetings with your Manager will help ensure progress and success with your program.
Regular Service.
Receive notifications for each check-in. You'll get a summary report detailing the events and findings from our administrative activities. After your first week, we'll meet for a weekly review to assess progress and make any necessary adjustments to meet your expectations.
Compliance.
For wellness practitioners needing to comply with privacy laws, we prioritize compliance. Your Suite-Heart will receive HIPAA training tailored to your practice. You must have an active HIPAA Profile with HIPAAMATE, allowing our team to join. We can also assist in setting up your HIPAAMATE program.
Billing.
We bill our Suitees (that's you) weekly based on the accumulated minutes. Your card will be kept on file from your initial payment.
What we can't do.
We do not make phone calls on your behalf (not trackable) or charge credit cards for you.
