Tech Doula
Can you build programs for our company, and our clients?
Looking for part time team member to build and customize client EHR programs, websites, texting programs, and funnels. Our clients hire us to build their texting programs, email programs, and EHR programs. Sometimes their websites too.
Responsibilities include collecting content from clients through Zoom meetings, spreadsheets, and pre-recorded directive courses, implementing the content, presenting content to clients, collecting feedback and requests, and delivering final product to clients.

- Embed provided YouTube or Vimeo Videos (create cover, settings, etc.)
- Ideal candidate can then create a Facebook ad set with new funnel
- Record keeping funnel components, update company SOP
- Send daily update of funnels on Vimeo or Loom
- Post and manage Facebook ads account for funnel success

- Onboard new clients by managing contracts, setting up Monday.com accounts, and ensuring checklist follow-through, among other tasks
- Conduct regular meetings with clients throughout their journey to ensure successful fulfillment
- Ensure deadlines are met, and projects are moving forward smoothly
- Communicate with team members and clients to keep everyone on the same page
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing or software environment.
- Strong familiarity with the Go High Level platform, including its features and functionalities.
- Experience onboarding new clients, managing contracts, and establishing accounts on platforms like Monday.com.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
- Experience in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implementing systems for process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage virtual teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to track project progress and outstanding tasks.
