You’ll be the central hub that keeps clients happy, projects moving, and our team in sync—aligned with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework.
You’ll work closely with the founder in regular in-person strategy sessions (Clinton, NJ area), manage client success, and bring operational clarity to a growing remote team.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Success
- Welcome new clients via Zoom, set up their tech (Google Drive, Slack, Monday.com)
- Monitor progress and follow up with clients who are behind on tasks
- Project & Team Management
- Keep the team accountable to deadlines and client deliverables
- Delegate technical/admin work to our VA and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Systems & Operations
- Document, refine, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Run backend tools: Monday.com, Slack, Zoom; oversee GoHighLevel setup/learning
- Leadership & Problem-Solving
- Be the calm, confident point of contact when issues arise—both internally and with clients
- Anticipate problems and prevent fires before they start
- Vision Alignment
- Collaborate with the founder to ensure projects match company goals and client needs
Must-Haves
- Proven experience managing remote teams and multiple client projects
- Strong communicator—comfortable with accountability conversations
- Tech-confident with Monday.com, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace; eager to learn GoHighLevel
- Calm and clear in high-energy, fast-paced environments
- High attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
- Available during EST business hours, especially mornings
- Able to meet in person in Clinton, NJ monthly
