Hello fabulous people! 💖 Today, I’m excited to dive into a question that I think you'll find both fun and enlightening. Picture this: about four years ago, I hit a wall—ouch! It was rough, but it led me to a breakthrough. I discovered how to run a practice without staff, and I became a pro at it. Fast forward, I've written books, started a school, and developed software. When you’re in the groove, the next big thing just keeps coming, right? That's been my journey, and it can be yours too! 💪 Think about the last time you went to a doctor’s appointment and felt truly seen and heard. Wasn’t it awesome? One of the quirks of being a wellness practitioner is that we often forget what it's like to be a first-time visitor. We get so caught up in the daily grind that we lose sight of that fresh perspective. Here’s a little secret: being an effective communicator in your practice is all about asking those juicy, deep questions and really listening to the answers. For instance, when a new patient walks through my door, I kick things off by making sure I’m the right fit for them. This sets a positive tone and ensures we’re all on the same page. 😄 So, here’s the fun part: asking bold questions right from the get-go! It’s like a dance—on the first visit, the second, and even the fourteenth. These questions help create a crystal-clear understanding and protect everyone’s time, energy, and money. 🫶 Let’s turn our practices into vibrant places of care and connection. Remember, the world needs your fabulous care, so let’s make it a better place together! Want to learn more? Check out our Facebook Community Group! Love love, Dr. Jodi Watch the full video here:
